Terms of use

Last updated March 4, 2026 · Plain-English summary first, lawyer version below each heading.

1. What Stallly is

Stallly is a venue. We host classified ads posted by people in the Arbor Bay metro; we are not a party to any transaction, we never hold goods or money, and we can't guarantee any item, buyer, or seller. Stallly Classifieds, Inc. provides an online venue and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding items listed and the conduct of users, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

2. Your ads

Post honestly, in the right category, once per item. You keep ownership of your ad's content and give us permission to display it. Prohibited: weapons and ammunition, live animals, recalled or counterfeit goods, prescription drugs, stolen property, multi-level marketing "opportunities," and anything illegal in the state. We may remove content or restrict posting privileges at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

3. Your conduct

No harassment, no spam, no scraping other users' contact details, no automated reposting. Flagging abuse helps everyone; abusing the flagging system doesn't. Automated access that degrades the service or circumvents technical protections is prohibited. Violations may result in suspension and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement.

4. Liability

Deals are between you and your neighbor. If a couch has fleas or a "mint" bike has a cracked frame, we're sorry — genuinely — but not liable. In no event shall Stallly Classifieds, Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; our aggregate liability shall not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

5. Privacy

We collect the minimum needed to run the site: your ads, your relay messages, and one functional session cookie. We don't sell data. Full stop. Questions to privacy@stallly.com.

6. Changes

If we change these terms materially, we'll banner the site for two weeks. Continued use after that constitutes acceptance. Governing law: the State in which Arbor Bay County sits; venue: Arbor Bay County courts.
