About Stallly
Stallly started in 2019 as a corkboard-replacement for the Old Harbor market hall — literally a webpage listing what the stall vendors couldn't fit on their tables that week. Neighbors kept asking to post their own stuff. We kept saying yes.
Today Stallly serves the whole Arbor Bay metro, from Lakemont down to Sunnyslope. It's still run by a small team above the old bottle-cap factory in the Foundry District, and it still works the way a corkboard does: you post what you've got, someone nearby comes and gets it.
What we believe
- Local first. No shipping labels, no national search. If you can't bike, bus, or drive to it, you won't see it.
- Free means free. Posting an ad costs nothing. We don't take a cut, boost listings for money, or sell your attention to advertisers.
- People, not profiles. A handle and an honest description beat a five-star reputation system. Look people in the eye; it works.
How we keep the lights on
Local shops can buy a modest storefront banner (you may have seen Pedal & Sprocket's). That's it. It covers two salaries, server costs, and the coffee budget, which is substantial.
