Artist studio / workshop space, 400 sqft — OBO
$700/mo
Time to let this one go. Water, sewer, and garbage included in rent; tenant covers electric and internet. Walk score is great — coffee, groceries, and the bus line within four blocks. 12-month lease preferred, month-to-month possible after the first year. Sorry, no smoking on the property. Pets negotiable with deposit. Cash or Venmo, whichever's easier. Price is firm, already discounted from what I paid.
Do not wire money or pay by gift card — that's always a scam. More safety tips.
